[DnD5e][Q&A] Action Surge, Bonus ActionとSpellcastingに関するQ&A

D&D 5版のCo-designerであるJeremy CrawfordのTwitterアカウント(@JeremyECrawford)での発言を元にしたルールに関するQ&Aです。

SorcererとFighterのマルチクラスで、Action SurgeとQuickened Spellを使用して1ラウンドにFireball 3発。

そんなふうに考えていた時期が俺にもありました。


まず、Action Surgeで増えるActionに用途の制限はないので、通常のActionでFireball、Action Surgeで増えたActionでさらにFireballは可能。
ちなみに、Action Surgeの説明に、you can take one additional action on top of your regular action ... と書かれているのを、通常のアクションやボーナスアクションをする前にと解釈しがちですが、on top of = in addition to なので、Action Surgeを使うタイミングが制限されるということはないです。私も最初そう読んだけどね！

注意が必要なのは、Bonus Actionでスペルを唱えるとき。
PHB 202ページに書かれている通り、Bonus Actionを使ってスペルを唱えてしまうと、同一ターンには「詠唱時間1アクションのキャントリップ」以外のスペルは唱えられなくなる。

じゃあ、Bonus Actionでスペルを唱える前にさっさとActionでスペルを唱えてしまえばこの制約を回避できるかというと、残念ながらそんなことはなく、その場合にはBonus Actionでスペルを使うことができなくなってしまいます。

このルールは、元から詠唱時間が1ボーナスアクションのスペルを唱えたときのみならず、SorcererのQuickened Spellで詠唱時間を1ボーナスアクションにした場合にも適用されます。


そんなわけで、1ラウンドにFireball 3発の夢は儚く潰えたのでありました……

@JeremyECrawford Bonus Action Spell:You can't cast another non-cantrip CT1 spell but nothing prevent you from having already cast one right?

Answer

@Plaguescarred If you've already cast a spell of 1st level or higher on your turn, you can't cast a bonus action spell on that turn.

@JeremyECrawford @mikemearls Does Quicken allow a sorc. to cast 2 reg. spells a round or is the second spell cantrip only, as on pg 202 PHB?

@bjrollet @mikemearls A spell affected by Quickened Spell follows the normal rules for a bonus action spell (PH, pg. 202).
